How much does it cost to participate?

If you sign up NOW the registration fee is only $29 today, which secures your spot in the challenge, then $29 per week for the remaining 8x weeks.  This same program at a one-on-one personal training studio would be over $1,500 so we are offering it at a steal!

Our entire program will only cost you $3.67 per day which is less than the amount you are going to spend on food per meal with the tips and tricks you will learn from us. ;-)

Sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.

Monday - Friday: 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:00, 8:45am, 9:30am,  4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm & 7:00pm

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or any disabilities you may have. We also customize our nutrition plan to your specific dietary needs.

Participants range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.

I really hate working out, however this class is actually perfect for me.
