Our journey began in October 2013 in the garage of our founder, Benjamin Jones—an Army Iraq veteran, personal trainer, and ASU nutrition graduate. With just four clients, he launched Fit Body Boot Camp Arizona, igniting the creation of our supportive 'Fit Body Family.'

Since then, we've helped over 7,000 Arizona clients lose more than 150,000 pounds. At Fit Body, we're more than a gym. We're a welcoming, judgment-free community focused on results and transformations. We offer 30-minute group personal training sessions in a boot camp style, combined with nutrition and accountability guidance. Do I have to attend an orientation before starting my trial?

Yes, attending orientation is mandatory. We are NOT a normal gym nor do we provide a normal workout or experience. CLICK HERE for more information.

How many times per week will I need to attend?

For the best results, we recommend that you attend 3 times to 4 times per week. Each session is only 30 minutes. The #1 reason people don't have time. We have solved that problem with our 30-minute workout sessions.

30 Minute Workouts

We offer a full schedule of 30-minute workouts designed to fit your busy life, starting as early as 5am and as late as 6:15pm.
