If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

The great thing about Fit Body Boot Camp is we have certified trainers that can modify the workouts to all fitness levels. We have all ranges of fitness levels and all shapes and sizes.

How many times a week do I need to attend?

For best results, we recommend coming 3-4x a week. Each session is only 30 minutes. The #1 reason people don’t work out is because they don’t have time. We have solved that problem with 30-minute workouts.

Do I have to attend orientation?

Yes, attending orientation is mandatory. At orientation you will meet our team and you will get everything you need to succeed. We are NOT a normal gym nor do we provide a normal workout or experience. That starts with attending orientation.

*Note: If you are unable to make the designated orientation time please let the location know so they can make special arrangements for you*

Do I have to go to the same session time every time?

No, you do not. You can go to the times that are the most convenient for you.

Can I signup online or do I have to do it at the location?

You can sign up for a full membership at any time at your local FBBC office. However, the best way to get a good deal is to “try before you buy” with a free 7 day trial.

Is your program beginner friendly?

Yes! In fact, many of our clients start with zero or very little experience with working out. Our program is specifically designed to help people who aren’t already hitting the gym get fast results and find support in a positive community.

Of course, we also want to make sure you’re constantly getting better and better results. That’s why our coaches will show you how to raise the challenge level as you get more comfortable.

Can I workout if I have a pre-existing injury?

Yes, you can! Our fitness coaches will show you how to adjust your workout for any knee, back, or shoulder injury. Just make sure you let the coach know about your injury as soon as you get to boot camp.
